Supplier was supposed to ship with ‘ double customs clearance ‘ this is to avoid costs like tax and duty fees entering our country ( we paid a higher amount for this service ) but the supplier cut corners and shipped without this service ( to cut costs ) or they didn’t listen. However, it has been proved on the chats they agreed to ship with the method we wanted and charged us for it. Cutting corners like this is really bad, they have cost my company thousands of dollars and fail to respond ( guilty mind ). If they were fair and were accountable for their mistakes, you may not be reading this complaint - I am shocked at this service and how bad it has been. see attached proof the supplier does not respond when there is actual evidence that they have done something wrong. They still haven’t refunded or bothered to respond, please do not get ripped off.
**URGENT - do not order from this companyDo not order from this company, they cannot complete a bulk order and have completed missed all measurements. They are quick to take the money, they were slow to complete the order and every one of the 200 units was wrong. All proof off measurements were uploaded, but they told me ‘ they have a sample and it’s right and they have kept some of the bulk order and it is the correct measurement ‘ when this actually doesn’t mean anything as my 200 units I’ve received are completely wrong. One highlight which is completely and utterly bad is neck measurements, the polo is also too long and does not fit any size. I have uploaded the measurements they were supposed to follow and what they made for the bulk order. The zipper is uneven on each item also, that is a very noticeable mistake. My products cannot be worn by the public who I’m trying to sell to. **stay away at all costs and they will blame you**

Hi Lennox, Thanks for your feedbacks here though you gave us a bad review! I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with these products though it's exactly same as the samples we made. We learned much on this order and also got it how should we do before starting with the orders. it's good for every buyers to check here who are going to start sample/bulk order with us. No suppliers wants to get a complain/bad feedbacks if they haven't any mistakes on their orders I believe. 1. The physical sample is necessary!!! before starting this order, on this order, we are luckly we did this, rather than just a photo sample to make confusions with customer.
